Software Systems

Software Systems defines the technology layer of Station A01. It controls devices, agents and communication across Martian Micro systems and evolves continuously as part of Ambient Engineering.

Definition

Software Systems describes the functional technology layer of the station.
It defines how devices behave, communicate and interact.
Systems developed here can exist independently of their visual representation.

Agent-Based Systems

Parts of the station are operated and extended by autonomous agents.
Jandroide is part of this system, acting as both interface and operational agent.
Agents operate on system-level logic and can evolve defined areas under Mission Control supervision.

Device Logic

Software defines the behavior of Martian Micro devices.
Physical and virtual devices share the same underlying system logic.
All functionality is designed as modular, reusable system components.

FeatureCloud Orchestration

FeatureCloud coordinates software, devices and agents.
It acts as the operational backbone of the station.
State, events and logic propagate across physical and virtual systems.

Continuous Evolution

Software evolves continuously without resets or isolated releases.
Changes accumulate as part of the station’s operational history.
This follows the principle of Continuous World Operation.
