Technologies
Station A01 is not held together by a single platform or framework. It is built on a set of independent but tightly connected technologies that together enable a continuous hybrid reality, long-form operation and real-world engineering inside a persistent virtual environment.
Technology as Infrastructure, Not Content
On JandroideTV, technology is not presented as a product showcase.
The technologies described here form the invisible infrastructure of Station A01 and the Broadcast Studio.
They enable the station to exist, operate continuously and evolve — while staying mostly in the background for the viewer.
A Continuous Hybrid System
All core technologies are designed to support Hybrid Reality and Continuous World Operation.
Real software, real hardware and a persistent Unity simulation run simultaneously.
None of these layers replaces the others. They exist in parallel and influence each other in real time.
FeatureCloud – Real-Time System Backbone
FeatureCloud is the real-time communication backbone of Station A01.
It connects software, hardware devices, automation logic and the Unity-based station environment.
Without FeatureCloud, the station would be a static simulation rather than a living system.
Continuum – Broadcast as a System
Continuum defines how the broadcast itself is structured.
It treats live streaming, recording, camera routing and overlays as part of a single continuous system.
This allows Station A01 to function as a permanent broadcast environment rather than a show with episodes.
MachineBlocks – Modular Physical Systems
MachineBlocks provides the modular physical foundation of the station.
Mechanical parts, electronics, enclosures and fixtures are designed as reusable modules.
Many devices inside Station A01 exist both physically and as virtual counterparts.
MetaPhone – In-World Interfaces
MetaPhone is the interface layer of the station.
It brings web applications, control panels, diagnostics and tools into the station as in-world screens.
This ensures that interaction never breaks the station perspective.
Martian Micro – Engineering Context
Martian Micro defines the engineering context in which Station A01 operates.
Its focus on zero-waste electronics, modularity and long-term durability shapes every system in the station.
The station is both a research facility and a testbed for real, future products.
Independent Systems, Shared Purpose
Each technology solves a specific problem.
No single system dominates the others.
They are connected because Station A01 requires all of them to function as a continuous, hybrid environment.
For the Viewer
Viewers do not need to understand these technologies to watch the stream.
They exist to make the station stable, readable and long-lived.
Technology enables the experience — it does not demand attention.
